My StoryIn 1982 I found myself in my 30's, a wife and mother, living the good life but still suffering from worry, doubt, and overwhelm, wondering if this was 'all there is' and where and when I would find my bliss. Through my position as Managing Editor of a New Age publication, I came into contact with the teachings of the yogis of the East. Even though I had two small children, I had to seize the opportunity to travel to India to unlock the secret of how to live in a state of presence. I spent almost 20 years, in both the heart of the Himalayas and the United States, deeply immersed in the practice and study of Yoga Science, Vedanta Philosophy and the Theory and Practice of Meditation as taught by the ancient yogic masters of time immemorial and the living masters of today (sometimes with and sometimes without my family in tow). Through the direct experience of these ancient teachings I found a new way of being. And the really amazing part of it is that I didn't have to change anything but my perspective. When I discontinued my travels and returned to 'normal life' in America, I stumbled across the profession of coaching. Coaching was the missing element that enabled me to put what I had learned in the East, as well as my background in writing, management, consulting, and hypnotherapy into an effective format for achieving results in the 'real world'. Now I'm ready to share all of this with you through coaching around the ideas in Walk on Water. I work with a select group of clients who are ready to 'take the leap' and get started with evolving their personal and/or professional life to the next level. Some of the clients I have worked with are:
